So are these "opportunities" legitimate?

After our research and testing, we have concluded that they are. The web sites are clear regarding what they are offering. Please be aware that they all require some action on your part. Some of them are offering "e-books." These are books that you read on your computer. Once you sign up, you are given access to the e-book and it is up to you to apply the information you read. Why do we rank each of the sites listed so highly?
